Angel Food Cake

It’s hard to believe that a cake with such simple ingredients can be so challenging to bake. Angel food cake already has a bit of a reputation but add high altitude into the mix and it may seem too difficult to attempt. I have always enjoyed angel food cake but I have been a little hesitant to bake it at 7,000 feet above sea level. Green Tea (Matcha) Cookies

If you are unfamiliar with matcha, you will most likely recognize its flavor: green tea. Matcha is a powder made from finely ground green tea leaves. Traditionally, it is whisked together with hot water to make tea. Matcha also has a wide variety of uses for baking.
